Have you tried other mortar, stucco and grout repair products that cracked again because they dried hard and brittle? Mor-Flexx is different - it stretches and 'flexes' with temperature change and movement yet still has the sandy texture and color of mortar. You'll get a stretchy seal that lasts for years. Mor-Flexx should not be used on concrete less than 6 months old; the concrete is not fully cured.
