Cyrder develops the hybrid frying pan with 7-layer Clad construction style, which includes 316 stainless steel layer, copper layer and aluminum layer. Furthermore, We take integrated casting process to produce it, which makes it harder and more durable. We believe you will love it.
Initial Wash Although our cookware is hand-polished before shipping, we recommend washing it with warm, soapy water before first use.
Seasoning Warm the pan over medium-low heat. Add 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil and spread it over the inside surface. Heat for 2–3 minutes. This prepares your pan for cooking. Over the first few weeks, the natural oils from the foods you cook will further enhance the seasoning.
Heating Guidelines Our unique design provides faster heat distribution. For example, cooking on medium heat with our cookware is similar to medium-high on other brands. Start with lower temperatures and increase as needed.
Low Heat → Eggs
Medium-Low Heat → General cooking
Medium-High Heat → Searing
4. Cleaning As our hybrid pans include stainless steel, temporary staining may occur. The pans are safe for metal utensils and more abrasive sponges, such as steel wool. For tougher stains, soak the pan in warm, soapy water for 10–15 minutes before scrubbing with an abrasive sponge.
